Getting back your strength and returning to the exercise routine you loved before you had a baby is a challenge. There is not a lot guidance provided. I created this class to be bridge that gap. It is the perfect way to restore the strength of your core and pelvic floor muscles so that you can return to your favorite exercise routine safely and pain free.

With your purchase of the six class package you will receive a one on one movement analysis (Oklahoma residents only) with Whitney M. Ellsworth, DPT. The online class version will provide you with a self-assessment. The assessments will identify your current "missing link"  that is limiting you from achieving your postpartum goals. This will help identify your area of focus for the class, which will improve your personal results. No postpartum recovery is one size fits all because no two bodies are the same. That is what makes the R.I.S.E. Method unique. 

R.I.S.E. METHOD

Dr. Whitney M. Ellsworth, DPT created the RISE method based on her clinical experience as a pelvic floor Physical Therapist  treating over 1000 postpartum women and her personal experience with pelvic floor dysfunction and diastasis recti.

R.I.S.E stands for :
Release- release the overactive muscles
Isolate-isolate the weak muscle 
Strengthen-strengthen weak muscles
& Evolve- learn to use your new-found strength with everyday movement.

Whitney has identified 3 common movement impairments among her clients with pelvic floor dysfunction and diastasis. She combined her extensive training in Movement System Impairment from Washington University in St. Louis Program in PT, and clinical findings to establish the R.I.S.E. method. It is a unique way of treating diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction. The RISE Method encompasses the entire body focusing on shoulder, spine, hip, core, and pelvic floor restoration.
